SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR PROHIBIT CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MIVELLA PETS AND ITS PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS, AND SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOST DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
